Meet the Team

Philip joined Pearroc for a short stint in 1994, returned in 2000 and now runs our Transportation & Logisitics.

He throws himself into all areas of the business to ensure that all deliveries are correct and on time. Previously a part of our Customer Service Team, Phil's knowledge of our customer’s needs has been invaluable in performing his role.

Phil attends all home matches at Stamford Bridge as he is a passionate Chelsea fan.

Sarah joined Pearroc in 1998 and has passionately controlled the purchasing and financial side of the business.

She is an active member of the Worshipful Company of Environmental Cleaners, where her knowledge is used in her role for quality control of our products.

Sarah supports Chelsea and has a great love for musical theatre.

John founded Pearroc in 1980 and is now Chairman, enjoying semi-retirement!

He began his career within the industry at Molnlycke (now SCA Hygiene) and was instrumental in introducing the Centrefeed Roll and Jumbo Toilet Roll System, before setting up Pearroc with his wife Mary.

John takes a much deserved back seat now, and spends most of his time on the golf course!

Gary joined Pearroc in 1997 and soon took over the mantle from John Henstock and has driven the business forward through hands on management.

An active court member of the Worshipful Company of Environmental Cleaners with a wealth of cleaning industry knowledge, Gary works as a partner with our clients to achieve their goals.

Gary is an avid football fan and follows Chelsea for his sins!

Chris is the newest member of the Henstock Family to join Pearroc in early 2020, successfully managing the logisitcs of our warehouse making sure our customers receive their orders punctually and without faults.

In his spare time, Chris attends as many Chelsea games as he can and he loves to travel. Having lived in Dubai for many years he misses the sun!
